The LFSS sessions lasted 23 minutes, during which participants listened to low-frequency sounds that aimed to regulate neural rhythmic activity. The findings suggest that LFSS has a meaningful place in fibromyalgia treatment, potentially alleviating pain, enhancing sleep, and improving daily functioning.
